Position Control - one to one or one to many; one to one or one to many, that is the questions

Would like to connect with other Infor/Lawson clients to discuss how they use position control, one to one or one to many. Currently using one to one method but want to change to one to many. Have other clients made this change outside of an implementation/upgrade? If so, how did you proceed? Any 'gotcha's during the move? What are the benefits for using one to many? Do you upload the budget into Lawson from the non-Lawson application? What is the impact on GL in the non-Lawson application? Client to contact should be licensed for the HR Suite only and use another vendor (like McKesson) for the financial suite.
