Hello, I recognize this board is generally for on line technical Q&A, but I was hoping to appeal to someone who may be willing to take a few minutes to talk with me by phone about the topics of LBI and SEA. We've had a number of demos from Lawson in the past, but as is the case with most demos from a vendor, you see a perfect scenario and a very slick setup which would be great to have, but is typically far beyond what people do in "step 1." I would love to chat with someone who is using LBI, process flow, employee/manager self-service (one or more) and find out what general things you are doing with it. I'm not looking for a technical conversation of all the nitty gritty setup. I am hoping more for something more along the lines of - "We have our employees electing benefits on line" or - "Managers process all terminations directly in Lawson" or - "We have LBI send out notifications to managers when an employee is beyond his/her review date." If anyone is willing to chat with me please let me know. I can be reached at pcarter@elliot-hs.org and 603-663-3313 I appreciate your assistance! -Paul Carter Elliot Health System Manchester, NH |
