Newbie Posts: 1 Group: Members Member #15,156 Joined: January 27, 2010	Hello, Has anyone had any issues with some users generating csv reports out of rw100 but when they do it comes out blank, no data? The report itself (*.csv) is formatted properly, from name of report to the tabs named properly, however no data shows. I've done some research on My Lawson and it seems to be a security issue either on LAUA or Laswson Security. Any input would be appreciated! Cheers.

Your Tax Dollars Hard at Work Posts: 378 Group: Members Member #416 Joined: February 7, 2006	We've had the same issue here - if the user who is having the problem is in the same security class as someone who isn't, re-booting has solved it here.

Advanced Member Posts: 80 Group: Members Member #1,427 Joined: May 10, 2007	I saw a similar issue a few weeks ago related to LAUA. It could be a number of things. I used one solution in a lawson kb that resolved it. The newly created security class did not have rptgen added to it. Go to LAUA F6(Define) > Environment Form ID's > add rptgen under the DEVELOP category.
