Does anyone know what the implications are for doing this? I have an existing Flexible Spending Account set up but we are switching vendors. Rather than creating a new benefit, I'm considering just changing the name in the title description from Company A to Company B. There are no other changes. |

I can't imagine there could be any negative impact from doing this change. A lot easier and less time-consuming than setting up a new plan and re-enrolling everybody. We try to avoid making the vendor's name part of the name in the benefit plan or the names of any deductions. |
