We are using the 9.0.1 Lawson Financials suite and have many users across multiple networks. We have created a simple web application for the Lawson user to upload requistion and purchase order documents to a web server for storage. The link that is entered in the URL attachment in Lawson links to the documents on this web server. We are going to outgrow this simplistic process soon.
I was wondering what other companies have used for a document storage and retrieval solution with Lawson.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

What Database are you using?
MS has a great feature where you can store entire files in a database field.

You can also use any of the many document management sofwares that interface with Lawson.

I think we use something like what you are asking for that provided by MHC. We have been using it for a few years now and it ties into Lawson. It's basically a document scanning service that saves it to another server accessed via web for retrieval.

I don't work directly with it so I can't say it's the best or worst, but it's what we use right now.
