Has anyone applied any formatting or programming changes to the Address Change Form in ESS in order to ensure employees enter their addresses correctly? ie. Spacing, Capitalization |

We didn't modify the form, but we did add a trigger to the file so all address changes from any of the forms, goes through zip+4 (I think that's what it's called) for cleansing. |

Same here - used database triggers to store it in all caps. That way it also gets stored right if entered on HR11. We didn't get fancy with making sure "Street" becomes "ST" or "Road" is "RD", but it would be the same method. |

We added formatting tips on SEA, sent an all employee email, and will be running a query monthly and then changing any that are not correct. |
