Is there an easy way to migrate the Add-Ins DME & UWFs to 9.0 from 8.03?

I am testing them in our Target ProductLine = PROD9, and tried to change the ProductLine but the field numbers differ as well. Any ideas on migrating these easily?

Its my understanding many can't be migrated, due to the changes in table structures.
