Every member of our team contributes to the overall success of our organization, and you can, too, as a: PROJECT MANAGER, HR In this key role, you will be responsible for leading, planning, monitoring and assisting with the direction of concurrent multidisciplinary HRIS projects across the Piedmont Healthcare System. Functions will include performing senior-level professional work providing analysis, recommendations and supporting documentation for the selection, development and refinement of human resource business processes and providing high quality project management and analysis for HRIS operational issues. You will also oversee plan development, industry research, expert interviews, benchmarking, operational feasibility analysis, financial proforma development, written and oral presentation development and implementation assistance. Additional duties will involve completing human resource business process design research, including business needs analysis and quality assurance support, gap analyses, data mapping, data conversion, matrix testing, coordinating data flows, and business process reengineering. QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a closely related field (a Master's Degree in an area listed above is preferred) Four years' progressively responsible work experience in human resource related-operations analysis, business system installation, project management or development or a closely related field Preferably, three years' experience in general Human Resources to include experience using payroll and timekeeping systems, ideally Kronos and Lawson Strong analytical, project management and prioritization skills The ability to integrate human resources business needs with the functional capability of software applications Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, and strong interpersonal abilities To apply online please visit our website at: www.piedmontcareers.org (Click on Piedmont Healthcare under Careers at Piedmont) EOE |
