Lawson commands; LID commands not working

Hi,
LID commands like dbdef, pgmdef, jobdef etc., are not working. Has anybody encountered the same problem? Please suggest.

Did you install a new version of LID. I had a similar problem when I installed the wrong version of LID. Does it happen from multiple computers with LID?

It's just God's way of telling you to use LawTerminal... :coffee:

Give us some error messages. It sounds like the issues are with the interactive forms, so make sure your TERM=pt80-e and LATERM=univwin.

DO NOT set TERM=univwin!!

If you do not have any errors and the commands simply hang, I've seen that happen if LASE is "stuck".

The easiest way to determine that - do

coung gen user

from command line. If that also hangs without any errors, restart of Lawson is the only solution.

Restarting it all is a possibility, but you might try just restarting lase - Yes, you can do that..
