Hello, We are in the process of implementing the Lawson Training Administration using the TR forms in Lawson (TR01= course, etc). I would be interested in hearing from other users who have implemented this application and what kind of experiences or challenges they may have had. We are also planning to integrate competencies into this module. Thanks! |

We are also in the very early stages of implementing the training area of Lawson. Currently, we are using Access to track training information, so we will be doing an upload of many records. Unfortunately, we have a lot of bad data to begin with, so we are trying to determine if we should clean the data, or start from scratch in Lawson and keep the old database to house the older records. It will be very interesting to see how others are using this section. |
