Has anyone had experience with MS Addins ( ver 2.0.5) NOT working with the LSF 9 install? We have this problem and the connection is fine for our 8.0.x system, but we are unable to connect to the lsf9 test install. We have set the Addins to ALLOW in the RM sec admin module. any suggestions appreciated. Brad |

Our work OK. Depending on how you are setup, what is ADAM / Tivoli bound to? If you're logging directly into LID and on a windows environment, but ADAM / Tivoli is not bound, the password may be different for add-ins vs. LID. Basically, make sure you are using a fully qualified domain name to connect and that you're using the same user / password as you would use to login to Portal. (and, of course, make sure you're not getting any ssop errors when logging into portal) |

The host that you connect to has changed slightly in LSF9. Before I believe that you had to connect to http://server.domain.com - with LSF9 we've found that server.domain.com works where if we put the http:// in front it does not work. Perhaps this is your issue too? |

We were told that we had to upgrade to 9.0.3. We were experiencing some Server Time Out responses in Addins and some GPF issues on the server. Version 2.0.5 seemed to work for simple queries and uploads, but more complex was evidently causing some issues. |
