I have been asked to create a 'Customer Health' Smart Notification. What the users would like to see is something like this: Category 1 Category 2 Category 3 Cust A Bulb Bulb Bulb Cust B Bulb Bulb Bulb Cust C Bulb Bulb Bulb Each of the 'Bulb' fields would be traffic lighting (Red, Yellow, Green) indicating whether that particular category needed attention. Is something like this possible with an SN? Thanks for any help. Bill |

ummmm..... I don't *THINK* so... You could create a DASHBOARD with your stop lights and send an SN with a link to it if something changed from green to yellow or red.... |
