Are any Lawson customers considering upgrade to SQL 2014 and leveraging Always On capabilities? Second question, who would be a good services partner that has a ton of experience on SQL and Oracle to SQL migrations?

SQL 2014 is not supported by Infor yet (SQL 2012 was recently added). We are going through an Oracle to SQL Server 2012 migration right now. In general, I would add 2-4 weeks to your project plan to account for the migration, depending on the size of your database, and if you are also doing a platform migration (Unix to Windows). There are manual tasks to be performed outside of Microsoft/Infor tools.

If you have any specific questions on the process, just let me know.

Best of luck!
