Has anyone using Employee Self Serivce (ESS) done customization that limits the employee to only see certain documents, for example by employee group or process level? We would like to direct employees to the benefits documents relevant for them specifically, but are not sure of the amount of customization to be able to do this within ESS.

We just present a web link page that gives all benefit summaries. The employee just selects the one they want to read.

It was going to take a lot of maintenance to keep access limited to thier current locations summaries.

Besides when we were thinking about it we thought
1. Very few people actually read them.
2. If an employee was thinking about transferring and wanted to check out the differences in benefits they could do this without having to ask.
