Our retirement is vesting on the 1st day of their 5th year for employees. ie. 1 day after they have worked 4 full years.

Our BN03 is set up so that Years of Service = 5 and Vested Percent = 100.00.

Would it be as simple as changing Years of Service to 6, to get vesting to begin after 5 full years of service instead of 4?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
