We're implementing GE's Centricity Maclab software in our CCL, and the department would like to do all of the inventory work and charging with MacLab.

We do that now with Ormis/iPath in both surgery and the cathlab - we use an IC500 interface to relieve the inventory based on what is documented during the case, and we use an IC527 interface to populate cost information, and add new items to the resource catalog in iPath.

I'm wondering if anyone has taken these steps with MacLab and can give me any insight? We're being rushed along by administration on this, so I'm getting a crash course in MacLab functionality.
