We just upgraded from Lawson 7.x to 8.x on the iSeries. Everything went fine during the upgrade, but now when we run the PR140 the messages are not appearing in the BSI message viewer. During testing this never happened. Has anyone else experienced this issue or seen this happen? If so, what did you do? Thanks!
We had a similar problem when we changed our database from Informix to Oracle (which may not relate to your problem at all). Here's the response I got from our System Admin person about how she fixed it for us: "I double checked the permissions on the role for the tax factory user/role and also checked that the dataset user thru the taxfactory software had the permissions set to view the messages. One or the other fixed it not sure."
That might narrow down your focus a bit.
