I have looked at the technical text and am not getting what I need...
The BNBEN Table has different date fields and I need to know what they are:
BNBEN.Creation_Date
BNBEN.Update_Date
BNBEN.UPD_Date
BNBEN.Enroll_Date
BNBEN.Start_Date
PLEASE HELP ME..................................... I am in a time pinch.

The data text contains description for a couple of those fields:
BNBEN.Creation_Date = This is the date that this line was aded to the requisition
BNBEN.Update_Date = This field contains the date the record was updated
I am not HR expert but
BNBEN.Start_Date - Is the day the benefit actually starts (Could be future date)
I am guessing that BNBEN.Enroll_Date is the date the person was enrolled into the plan and not necessarily the start date.
The UPD_date is a tough one cause I was going to say that its the date it was updated but then you have the update_date.
