We are currently testing the Symbol 8800 handhelds and finding that it will not store programs and configurations after the battery dies or when not charging. Is any one using the Dolphins and having the same problem or are you finding the Dolphins to be a better product?

I would love to talk to someone using Dolphins to see if it is a better.

It is not the handheld that is doing this. it is the OS.
