We are looking forward to our Year End processing... :lol:
We have branches in Ohio that require electronic filing with CCA. They require a modified MMREF file, but Lawson indicates that they don't do any State filing in their tape creation.

The problem is that the MMREF tape is 1000+ characters long for each employee record. We tried editing the file last year and failed. We got permission to paper file, but we won't have that option this year.

Does anyone in OHIO have suggestions on how we file the CCA via tape?
