We have an employee in Lawson twice because someone overlooked/ignored? the warning about duplicate social security numbers.
One record is as a termed employee and one is a now active employee. I am being asked if there is a way to combine the two histories. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks
We don't use PR so it's a little easier....
Rekey all transactions (including benefits) against original employee number.
Term second employee number.
Purge employee benefit history.
Purge employee transaction history.
Purge employee.
Create a query that looks for dup SSNs and run it weekly!!!
