I am looking to create a Process Flow that will send supervisors a list of their associates with the FTE number from the employee table and the "Actual" FTE over the past 4 pay periods (bi-weekly).

I want to run this once a quarter - anyone have anything like this?

Sounds like more of a candidate for Smart Notifications...Process Flow is more for workflow - approvals - If you are just sending emails, Smart Notifications would be better suited to that (unless you don't have Lawson Reporting Suite). Just my thoughts...
