When I execute the following:

if{REVIEW.ACTUAL_DATE} = CDateTime (1700, 01, 01, 00, 00, 00) then totext
("N/A") else totext({REVIEW.ACTUAL_DATE})

I get a return of the N/A or 09/01/2006 12:00:00:00

How can I format this so the time stamp is not displayed? There is no format date tab in Format Editor - is it because of the totext statement??

I think this will work:

totext({REVIEW.ACTUAL_DATE},"M/dd/yy")

or "MM/dd/yy" if you want a two digit year (leading zero).
