We are currently looking for a Document Imaging solution to work with Lawson for AP and eventually HR. This would be for PO's Invoices, etc... I have seen the Image Now company at Lawson CUE, but would like to know what else is out there. I would like to get names of a few companies and get some user feedback about these companies, if anyone would like to share.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time.

We've been using ImageNow for about 2 years, LIVE for 1.5 years. Were using it for AP invoice processing, AP/GL report storage, AP check imaging. We are planning to start using it to store all of our POS system daily reports for each of our locations and also move HR to paperless. I'll have to dig up my notes of the other vendors we checkout, but ImageNow won hands down as far as being the most flexible, interface to more systems, ease of use, easy to manage, and less expensive. Their support is one of the best of all vendors I've worked with. Their next release which is just now starting to be phased in and upgrade plans are in the works is far superior than all that I've seen so far.

When we were comparing products, one vendor also conducts business analysis to determine current method, what the needs are and how they can be met, and then compare products to meet those needs. We paid them for this service and had them compare their products, another vendors, and ImageNow. Their findings went with ImageNow over theirs.
