I have 2 payroll users that would like to be able to view each others print files. Normally 1 of them will run the payroll but the other may need to review the reports.
Is there a way to set it up so that all jobs run by user X can be viewed by user Y?

We are on apps 8.1 and the users are strictly portal.

In LAUA you can define them both as Class Supervisors, which will allow them to see all the jobs for anyone is their class. I'd recommend creating a class that just contains the 2 of them - you can clone their existing class to create it.

Define a distribution group for these 2 users:
- type 'grpdef' on the command line and define a new distribution group, add the 2 users to the group.

Add your lawson job.
Type 'jobdef' and bring your job
go down to the Form ID nd hit F6
Select 'Report Distribution' and put 'Dist Group' on Destination
Select(F4) or Type the distribution group you added on 'Group/* Print' column.
Save your job and the report will be distributed to the users attached to the dist group when you run the job.
