Does anyone know of a way to let an adminisrator know when a job goes into waiting recovery or needs recovery?

For years I've used and recommended Bif Brother to monitor my Lawson systems. It's FREE and extremely effective. I've written an extension to it that you can find on schronce.net that monitors the Lawson processes and job queues (among other things) - doing exactly what you want.

It has a clean web based interface and doing email and paging for notifications - it even has escalation - and some excellent reporting capabilities.

We have a Korn Shell script that we are using that looks for queuedjob in Gen with a status of 34, if it finds one the scripts notifies the administrator via an email message.
