We have begun using attachments for some of our employees. There are several screens you can access the attachments. We do it by pulling up the HR11, right clicking on the EE number and selecting Attachments.

We then create the title for the attachment and then in many cases we copy comments we have created in a Word document. In most cases there are no problems adding the comments. The problem arises the comments have special characters such as bullets and we try to call up the comment again. We get the message: Error loading XML document.

Have others gotten this error and if so have you been able to resolve it?

The one patch on the Knowledge base applies to the 8.0.2 environment. We are running WIN 2000, SQL, Applications 8.0.3 and Environment 8.0.3.
