Anyone have the HR <-> e-Recruiting 2-way interface up and running that could give me some tips? It's kind of working from Lawson -> e-Recruiting, but I can't get e-Recruiting to send me anything back (like confirmations). I can provide more details if anyone is interested. Thanks in advance.

Good luck, we have been waiting for several months for a patch to come from lawson to fix a problem we found in testing which has been holding up our implementation of the interface. It was my understanding from Lawson that there were only one or two companies using it. We are hoping to get it all ready by October but I won't hold my breath.

I have been through an e-recruiting implementation and the two-way interface was massively customized to get it to work properly. I know there are issues with it, but even if you do get it working properly, there just isn’t a lot of data it passes between the two systems. I would probably recommend building a custom interface.
