I thought I was close on this but am having trouble. We are using Framework service pretty heavily for manager and employee self service and so far I have been able to keep track of who needs access to which dashboards because everything was wide open except for a few HR Specific Dashboards. This is done with the USER and GROUPS. We are starting to roll things like job requisition out to managers in phases and they don't want me to present the links to the new material to everyone just the managers who are ready. Well what it comes down to is I was thinking I should be able to build an employee group by criteria that would be maintained by PA's and build a matching group in USER and GROUPS and have a scheduled process flow keep the two matching. I have it done up to the point where I am looking in the USERS and GROUPS group for an employee that is in the Employee group by criteria. if it doesn't find one I was thinking I could do a branch on Record count=0 but it is skiping that and looping back to the beginning query. Has anyone done this?
