Title: Health & Safety
Description: Tracking Incidents & Employee Tests

I'm interested in how others track vaccinations for employees. We have employees in certain jobs that require vaccinations that we need to track. Is employee tests (PA49) the best place to do this or is there a better option? At this time we are not interested in scheduling tests or linking tests to positions so that is not a factor.

Also, I would appreciate any insight or lessons learned on the setup for tracking health and safety incidents on PA90. We currently use the screens to a limited extent but are looking to expand their usage in the near future.

Thanks in advance

We are currently using pa49 to track several vaccinations and once we got past a few training issues, it seems to be working well. We have set up annual TB skin testing as a recurring test and others that are one time. It allows us a better way to report on vaccinations and annual health tests that we didn't have before.

Our Employee Health Dept chose not to use Lawson, but instead, purchased a 3rd party application, RESPOND! software. :banghead:

That is funny! Any specific reason? I think the big sell for our EHD was the sharps log and OSHA reporting.
