My Client, a leading Healthcare provider located in NY is seeking a HR/PR Systems Analyst to help support its Lawsons applications.
The candidate must be a strategic thinking individual with an strong understanding of HRIS to advance the HR and Payroll department's applications, functionality and best practices.
This position will report directly to the IT Manager.
Qualified candidates must have strong communications and organizational skills, and attention for detail.
Other Qualifications and Responsibilities include:
Working knowledge of Lawson HR/PR/BN Software
Understanding of Kronos and BSI Tax Factory
Consultative skills needed to provide support and assistance to end-users.
Liaison with HR/PR/BN end users for requests, concerns and questions from both within the enterprise as related to the support of systems
Coordinating and documenting end-user training.
Experience using MS-addins, performing systems queries and manipulating data.
Knowledge of Lawson Data structures
Strong experience with the Lawson suite of products - (2-3 years)
