What are the stengths and weaknesses of Lawson's eRecruiting software?

If might be choosing it because of the two way interface sales pitch don't buy it. It only partially works. We identified some problems with it that they have been working on for over a month and haven't been able to resolve which is holding up our go live. From the feedback I hear is it is an OK tool but not the best out there.
