We are a multiple facility Health system and have several different HR departments. Our set up has us using one company and many Processlevels security is based on process level. Each HR department is only able to view the employee information for thier process level. This is causing trouble because we have employees that transfer between companies often.

I have created a custom version of HR11 with only minimum information on it and we have created an additional login for HR staff to use that allows them to see all employees on this custom screen. but when I follow the link to my custom hr11 screen I still get all of the related pages that are not valid is there a way to remove those just on this custom form. I too the transfers out of the design studio form but they still are there.

Have you deleted all of the forms out of their LAUA security? This might make the related links disappear if they don't have security access to them.

As it turns out all I needed to do was an IOS cache refesh and the design studio changes kicked in. thanks

The Related Pages are Tabs in Design Studio. Open the form in Design Studio, click the Main tab section and go to Object view. Click the Custom elipses and you should see a list of Tabs. Deleting these will remove the Related Pages.
