Has anyone used the Action Approval Service and used a Work Category other than Supervisor? We need to use Process Level and I can't seem to get it to work.

We use process level to filter our personnel actions to the local HR departments for review. but I am using the work catagory of supervisor with the process level in the value.

i am filtering Job Requisitions based on a custom work cat called department which is the same as processlevel/department.

What is it you are trying to filter?

If I'm not mistaken, the HRUserAction uses the supervisor code to walk up/down the approval tree.

The HRUser action uses supervisor chain of command but the UserAction node can be defined by need allowing approvals to follow something other than chain of command.
