Our HR department is reviewing applicant tracking systems. Right now they are looking @ two 3rd parties (Vurve/Recruitmax & Virtual Edge). We plan to interface the ATS they choose with Lawson.

Is anyone possibly using one of these vendors already? If so, would you mind sharing your opinion on the product or implementation process?

We're using Virtual Edge and our recruitment staff have loved it. After the Hire is complete (called "Boarding" in VE terminology) in VE - we get a nightly feed of data from VE onto our server (CSV file with PGP encryption) which we then import into Lawson via PA531. The clerks can then finalize the hire in Lawson via PA52-4.
We had looked at E-Recruiting while we were bringing in Lawson, but the recruiters and hiring managers didn't think it stacked up against VE or the other ATS vendors we were reviewing. VE also has a nice new extended "On Boarding" section that we're looking at for gathering tax forms, etc. online.

We use HrLogix for applicant tracking. We are currently working with them to interface applicant and job requisition information into Lawson, but they already have clients who interface with Lawson. They specialize in transportation, health care, and casinos. We are also looking to implement their online new hire paperwork module and their electronic personnel chart product. They have a flexible and easy to implement product and have excellent customer support.
