Our Client is a multinational company and we are seeking Team Leaders, with a strong Finance/Procurement/Logistic background.
You must have been involved in Business Analysis, Business Process Reengineering or part of a deployment project and in a management position, ideally Project Management.
You must have at least 10 years experience with Lawson ERP, with a strong functional background on AP, AR, CB, BL, IC, PO, MA, GL, AM.
You will define priorities as per Client needs and capacity of the development team (offshore), manage team and deliveries in accordance with the Service Level Agreement and related Key Performance Indicators.
You will be in charge of coordinating deliveries and activities of a team of Business Analysts. Your team will be in charge of collecting and clarifying business requirements from Client, design solutions based on standard Lawson functionalities or custom programs. Your team will also prepare integration and regression testing plan, provide support to development team and Client, execute testing and document results.
Team Management, Creativity, Communication, Functional Knowledge and ability to work under pressure are the main skills required. Technical skills will be a plus.
This is a contract-type job, for a duration of 2 years and located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
