Title: Inventory Control
Description: ic jobs

Can somebody answer this question for me?

I assumed when refering to an IC job that it only pertains to items set up as "I"
in my main storeroom. We will be starting an interface with our patient information system to pass item info from lawson using IC522. Will this interface include "N" items?

Also does anyone have any info on the revenue field within IC522?

Thanks

Rich

I ran it and looked at the output file, and there were items in there that were not inventory tracked.

If the triggers are the same as IC527 (which we use), it looks for any change to the items in the location/report group, regardless of their inventory status. A nonstock item's "last received cost" field can change based on the PO side, and that will trigger the report to pull the item information. I haven't looked this one up on lawson.support, but search for "IC527 trigger" in the knowledge base, and they probably have a document outlining what item records are pulled, and based on what criteria.

Hope that helps!
