Is anyone using the Lawson Emp Self Service–Benefits new hire/open enrollment system that would be willing to share their experience with it? We are thinking of using it in the near future and would like to know what other Lawson clients think of it.
We have been using the open enrollment part for benefits open enrollment for 4 years. I would be happy to share my thoughts and experiences.
We used the SEA for Open Enrollment for three years and have had a good experience. We have about 1,000 union employees and 450 management employees. We also have sem-flexible benefits (flex with no credits).
We have been online with ESS Benefits for about 4 months now. Everything was been flawless in regards to the Lawson portion. We currently have an automated access process to pull the infomation out to the vendor.
