I've spent the last five years working on Lawson Reporting/Business Intelligence solutions for Financials, Supply Chain, and HR/Payroll/Benefits. I'm an independent contractor based out of St. Louis.

Glad to see that a site which is more user-friendly than Topica has caught on. However, I would love to see a Technical forum dedicated to Lawson Business Intelligence (ie Framework Services, Smart Notifications, Reporting Services, and now LBI 9.0)

Do you know the exact sub categories that you'd want under there?

I believe that a "Business Intelligence" category (ala System Admin) in the Technical Forum section would be sufficient. This would allow for a section to post/discuss LBI 9.0, LRS 1.x, Enterprise Reporting/Crystal Enterprise, Analytic Architect/Scorecard, report development, etc. My feeling is that a general BI category would avoid confusion for potential posters that may have a hard time sub-categorizing their question due to the bolt-on nature of some of the BI products (as well as how they have been marketed over the years).

Can the category be open to any current versions? Not everyone is at the latest version.
