I was informed this morning that users in two materials management locations have been experiencing random screen changes. They find that they are entering an item number in a field on either PO or IC screens and they look up and notice that Lawson has switched them to another screen. Note they are entering this information from their number pad so I don't believe it would be a defined hot key.

Are any of your users experiencing this problem? Thoughts?

We use LID and are on multiple versions - 8.0.1.8 and 8.0.1.9.

I am not sure this is exactly applicable, but I find that where I think I am at times is not where LID thinks I am. This is not a metaphysical dilemma, rather an issue with having multiple screens open and in use.

I don't know if I can succintly state the problem I have had, but it seems as though LID thinks I was starting to enter a value in a field on one screen. I then switch to another screen and start to enter a value there. LID brings me back to the first field to "complete" what it thinks I was doing on the first.

I don't know whether to classify this as an issue, but it certainly can be irritating.

[Referring to notoriously bad memory] I think that this has been a reported bug in LID. Make sure that you have the very latest version of LID - 8.0.1.9, I believe.
