Where is the best place to get:

YTD Federal Wages
YTD Total Hours worked

Are these actually stored somewhere or calculated as needed?

To view them I use PR52. If you want to report on them I usually use PRTIME or QUARTWAGE.

Lawson stores summarized pay and ded totals in several tables.

Each payment record (PAYMASTR) is associated with the detail file that contains this info -- PRTIME and PAYDEDUCTN.

There is a monthly rollup table, I think….haven’t used it much myself.

The QUARTWAGE and QUARTDED tables store rollup totals of PRTIME and PAYDEDUCTN.
Some of the fields in the 2 QUART* files are HR Co, EE, Calendar Year, and Quarter Nbr. The pay and ded data is assigned to a Quarter Nbr according to the PAYMASTR payment date.

Your question was about “Federal Wages”, but I’m not sure exactly what you mean…if you still need the info, send me an email contact msg, I’ll help you.
