Our National Global Health Solutions Group within Consulting Group is fully focused on the healthcare industries. It is operated independently, accountable for its own sales and delivery resources but still able to leverage the broader profile of CSC.
Responsibilities:
• Developing requirements gathering tools and plans.
• Conducting interviews and other requirements gathering activities.
• Leading meetings.
• Assembling, analyzing, and summarizing results.
• Preparing effective reports and presentations.
• Developing business models, business cases, and business plans.
Qualifications:
• 8. x expert in HR/Payroll/ Benefits/Time Accrual.
• Functional analysts (map process to pkg) and business process analyst and/or former end-user with prior consulting experience.
• Excellent consulting skills.
• Work independently with limited direction.
• Develop professional work products.
• Strong writing skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Facilitation, communication, writing, prior consulting experience.
• At least 5 years experience.
• Prior consulting experience required preferably within healthcare.
College degree BS OR MBA preferred.
