I work as a recruiter within the health care I.T. space (I can just see everyone's eyes rolling now). But, I am not just here to solicit business becuase I want to learn more about some of the challenges that you all face when using this application. So often there aren't that many opportunities for those of us on the recruiting side to understand what it is exactly that you all face on a day-to-day basis.
