If you have a web/e-req user who quits, or for any other reason is not going to be operating within the system anymore, what steps do you take to make sure the account is closed?
I was told by my former system admin that if the user has not generated any requisitions, then we can completely delete the web user record, Logan security record, and requestor screen - and that makes decent sense to me.
However, if the user has operated in the system, and has generated orders, then we only remove the requestor field from RD30, and leave all other records the same.
I feel that I can at least make the requestor inactive, if not completely removing the record - but I guess I don't need to touch the webuser?
How do you guys deal with accounts that aren't going to be active anymore?
If you are using Windows, then just inactivate the user's Active Directory account or remove them from the Lawson group in Active Directory.
