Wondering if anyone has the entire process mapped out for creating Puerto Rico W2s (I'm already looking forward to next year!). I tested this year, but was able to only produce 1 record, and all of our Puerto Rico employees are set up the same - unfortunately, the Knowledge Base only briefly touches on the PR252 - not much else. Many thanks in advance for any assistance!
We don't have any employees in Puerto Rico, but I remember seeing step-by-step instructions in the year-end manual that can be downloaded from the support.lawson.com site. You may already use this manual and you might need more information than it gives, but I thought I'd just throw that out there.
