Job Functions
As HR Payroll Business Systems Analyst, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Responsible for supporting Human Resources and Payroll departments related to Lawson system, and business processes and procedures. No supervisory function. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assists in designing systems, modules and/or approaches and required enhancements.
2. Assist with system functionality and reporting.
3. Day to day support of Human Resources and Payroll processes.
4. Trouble shoot data and system issues providing solutions and procedural guidance.
5. Analyze and validate all change requests.
6. Enhance the utilization of the system.
7. Weekly balance and load time record batches for benefit payments HR is responsible for.
8. Create and load mass transaction events related to deductions, time accruals, one time pays, etc.
9. Research system capabilities and issues with vendor.
10. Participate in special projects supporting acquisitions, open enrollment, year end, new business requirements.
11. Special projects as requested.
