I am trying to forcast 2 weeks of PTO for our part time employees. I know that I can start in EMTAMASTR and get the plan name and then go to ACCRSCHED. Depending on the amount in "Thru_cycle" there are several "Calc_name"s to choose from. I know that in TAFORMULA the various "calc_name"s give different factors that should be multiplied by the hours worked and pay rate to get the liability, but I do not know where to find the information that will let me know which "thru_cycle" to pick. I need the months worked (not the months of service, because we are only reporting on part-time employees). Any help would be appreciated! TIA!
