Title: Hr11 - Employee Drill Around Issue

We have 2 users that are unable to use the DRILL DOWN ( Drill Around) on the EMPLOYEE field of the HR11 in portal of our LSF 9.x env.
The error is : Form is Secured, and it throws a real pretty JAVA error.
This is their Production ID's that work for everything else, and if they login to LID the drill down Works on this form.
The Sec admin and I have been going thru all the perms and cannot find where these ppl are locked out. Lawson sez it isn't a GSC issue, it is a Security setting.
SO... Where can we troubleshoot this issue? We are using LAUA with the LSF 9.x, but if LID is working, I want to guess the issue is in the RM admin setting somewhere.
Any help appreciated.

Check the env9 service in RM, make sure the id is the same as the id they are using when they run HR11 in LID. Also, check the Access Flag in RM, make sure it is set to "Yes".

Access is set to YES

Are you sure you're using LAUA for those users? Those sound an awful lot like the messages I get from LS.
Either way, make sure they're not locked from any tables in HR, PA, PR, or LP.
Do you still get the error if you change their security class?
What about when you turn off securit?

Go to LAUA and make sure Security Class "PAYROLL" has access to the ff:
1. HR11.3
2. System Code "PA" and "TM"
3. File PAGRDI, ATTENDHIST and PAJOBINTRS

thank you for the help. It turned out that the users didn't have PA. Once that was added the users were able to drill down
