Title: Productlines Not Showing Up

The Role explicitly gives access to the productline.
The CheckLS flag is set to YES.
User still cann't see the productline in their dropdown in portal.
Any ideas?

Just to make sure . . .
Is the security class granting access to the product line attached to the role?
Is the role assigned to the user?
When you log into portal and then do a <yourserver>/servlet/Profile do you see checkLs=yes and the role you assigned?

Actually no, it says CheckLS is set to NO, What gives?

After changing the checkLs to "Yes" in RM do you click out of that field before going to Edit->Change?

I am in our PROD line on LSF 9.x test box. I log into Portal then enter:
http://<server>/servlet/Profile and find <ATTR name="checkls" value="NO" />
So, why can I see the Product line?
I'm asking because one of our users is unable to see this productline. Did I miss the intend of this post?

answered my question, I looked up CheckLS in Lawson and I see that the CheckLS needs to be NO so that the user can access the cmd line

Just to follow up on this, we found that this was an issue with our GEN profile. Took about a week to resolve :D
