Salary Range: $49,997-$82,496 Experienced Systems Analyst for the Lawson HR/Payroll system (WISE) The primary focus will be supporting the Payroll component of WISE. The individual will work closely with the Payroll staff and support them in the running of payroll and associated processes. This person will also be responsible for assisting and providing backup to other team members toward the support of the Lawson HR suite. Additional responsibilities include analysis of new functional requests and determination if these requests can be fulfilled utilizing existing Lawson capabilities, development of functional and technical specifications, coding as necessary in Lawson 4GL and/or Design Studio, working with the functional analysts toward resolving problems, working with Lawson GSC toward resolution of problems, working with the WISE System Administrator by identifying Lawson patches which need to be applied, coordination of updates/modifications to Lawson programs, tables, and system from other staff. Experience requirements include 5 years as a Sr. Programmer Analyst or higher position, experience developing and coding programs using Lawson 4 GL and MicroFocus COBOL, 3 years experience with Lawson HR/Payroll suite, experience with Microsoft Office products, and strong written and communication skills. Highly desired demonstrated experience includes Business Objects Crystal Reports Version 8 or higher, working with Lawson GSC, Lawson Design Studio, Lawson XML or Portal, Lawson HR/Payroll 8.x, Microsoft T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server and IIS, and public sector experience (K-12). Must demonstrate excellent problem solving skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field required. Salary commensurate with experience.
